Actress Kubra Khan approached the court for making malicious allegations against her on social media and running a defamatory campaign.
Kabra Khan shared the petition submitted in the Sindh High Court on photo and video sharing app Instagram and said that he has started legal proceedings against Adil Raja.
In the caption of her post, the actress wrote that this time is so difficult for her and her family that she cannot express it in words. The actress said that she does not understand why someone is doing this to her. .
Kubra Khan said that it was clarified that my name or initials of my name have been misinterpreted but still I am harassed.
The actress further wrote that my pictures were being used in such an inappropriate manner and then I realized because no one ever stopped it and because we are used to keeping quiet until a story dies and Another story. We remain silent that’s why people take advantage of our silence.
Kabra said that she is raising her voice not only for herself but for every hardworking and independent woman who is subjected to daily harassment and insults even after working hard.
Kubra Khan said that as a Pakistani I am relying on the law for my honor and dignity by using my constitutional right and entrusting my case to your law and Allah.
It should be remembered that blogger Adil Raja had made immoral accusations against the famous actresses of Pakistan without naming them, on which a strong reaction came from the actress.
